私たちは時に、人間の身体について「知っていること」だけにとらわれすぎてしまうことがあります。
解剖学や生理学、身体を整えるための論理的な順序を理解していても、実は身体には、部位同士がつながり合う別の方法があるのかもしれません。
このクラスでは、身体の各部が自然に解放され、つながっていく感覚を体験しながら、身体が自らの力で整い、自由になるプロセスを感じていきます。
努力ではなく、自然にまかせて。身体本来の声に耳を傾ける時間です。
