イベントについて
私たちは時に、人間の身体について「知っていること」だけにとらわれすぎてしまうことがあります。
解剖学や生理学、身体を整えるための論理的な順序を理解していても、実は身体には、部位同士がつながり合う別の方法があるのかもしれません。
このクラスでは、身体の各部位がどのように互いに関係しているかを観察していきます。
腕と脚を同時にワークすると、両方が解放されていき、胴体がどんどん長く伸びていくのを感じるでしょう。
ワークしていくうちに肩や股関節もさらにリリースされます。
腕と脚がますます解放されていくほど、身体全体がより長くなり、可動性、そして自由さが生まれているのを感じるでしょう。
