July 9th: Yamuna Body Rolling Total Body Workshop in English

Let's roll out your whole body to move better and feel great!  

The Yamuna ball is specially designed to release chronic tension out of your bones, tendons, and muscles.  YBR is not just about rubbing and pushing against your muscle. Indeed, following certain principles and routines is essential for achieving the best result. 

This workshop teaches you the basics of Yamuna method from A to Z with focus on followings.

"Bone Stimulation" 

Stimulating the bone can help align posture, increase movement, create space and boost metabolism. Rolling out to tendons and muscles and activating those tissues maintain bones in right place for maximum function.  

"Breath & Posture"

Navigating your legs, arms, and spine to appropriate direction and maintaining good posture as you roll on the ball are key points of this method.  We also use breath to facilitate the effects. As you intensionally inhale and exhale into the ball, you can bear more weight and release more tension.  

"Body Awareness" 

You will explore and fix your own body rather than relying on someone else.  When you find any conditions and issues, you will develop instant recognition in your body so you can take care of yourself anytime and anywhere. YBR teaches you how to talk to your body.  You are the best teacher of your body.

This workshop gives you basic principles and how to use the balls. Our goal is your "Body Sustainability" so you can maintain your physical ability at any generation!  Roll on the ball, age well for life.
